Estate of John Fiocco, Jr. deceased vs. The College of New Jersey

Glenn Zeitz represented the family of John Fiocco, Jr. deceased along with nationally known forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden in the investigation of the mysterious death of a college freshman at The College of New Jersey and in a wrongful death lawsuit. The civil lawsuit against the school was settled for $425,000.00. The investigation remains open and the family intends to pursue this matter as a cold case investigation into the tragic cause of death of their son.
